About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Administrative & Sales Assistant
to join our team in Athens. This role combines administrative support, logistics coordination, and sales assistance, with the opportunity to travel frequently within Greece and Germany.

You will ensure smooth operations, support sales efforts, and help us build strong relationships with partners and clients. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are excited by a mix of organizational, logistical, and client-facing responsibilities, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents in Greek and English (German is a plus).
  • Support daily office operations and ensure efficient communication across teams.

Sales & Client Support

  • Assist the sales team with lead research, pipeline tracking, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Accompany management to meetings, events, and trade shows.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Logistics & Coordination

  • Oversee shipping and delivery coordination.
  • Support the planning and execution of business activities.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as an
    Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or Sales/Logistics Coordinator
    .
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in
    Greek and English
    (German a strong plus).
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently within Greece and Germany.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
