Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in Athens. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone calls, managing communication, offering executive administrative assistance, and performing clerical duties. The successful candidate will ensure smooth office operations and assist with various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
  • Excellent Clerical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred
