(MATERNITY COVER)

Job brief

We are looking for an administrative assistant to manage the front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

What does an administrative assistant do in this company?

As an administrative assistant, you will be the first point of contact for the company. The Administrative assistant's duties are dual:

On the one hand, include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls, preparing the meeting rooms, etc.

On the Other hand, you will assist the supply chain department on the:

Preparation of the documentation for products supplied to customers as well as supporting the supply chain administration department with the importation process.

To be successful as an Administrative assistant, you should have a pleasant personality. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.

Ultimately, an Administrative assistant's duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

  • Certification of Logistics/Supply Chain Management will be considered an asset

  • Proven work experience as a Administrative assistant, Front Office Representative or similar role of at least 2 years

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers)

  • Professional attitude and appearance

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

  • Customer service attitude

  • University Degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus

  • Knowledge of an additional language will be considered as an asset

TIMETABLE:

Monday- Friday: 8:45-17:30

REMUNERATION PACKAGE:

  • €950-€1150 net/month * 14
