Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, based in Athens. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing phone calls with professional etiquette, and performing various clerical tasks. The role involves supporting daily office operations, coordinating schedules, handling communication, and ensuring smooth administrative workflow within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • High level of discretion and professionalism with confidential information
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
