Job Title: Administrative Support – Real Estate Office
About the Role:
We're looking for an organized, proactive Administrative Support professional to keep our real estate office running smoothly. You'll support our agents,
manage office operations, handle client inquiries, and assist with marketing and events, all while contributing to a positive and efficient office environment.
What You'll Do:

Maintain office organization and efficiency, including supplies,
equipment, and daily operations.
●
Assist agents with scheduling, meetings, open houses, and preparing documents.
●
Manage client communications to ensure timely and professional
responses.
●
Support marketing efforts, including social media updates and promotional events.
●
Track sales leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
●
Coordinate contracts and paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
What We're Looking For:
●
Experience in office administration or coordination (real estate experience is a plus).
●
Strong organizational and communication skills.
●
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
●
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
●
Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
