The Retail Network Compliance Specialist role is to make sure our stores follow operating and commercial standards. You'll review data from the merchandising team, carry out field visits, and assess compliance. Your reports will highlight areas of improvement, recommend actions, and support decisions on store rewards or penalties.
Your day to day will include:
- Helping set up and improve processes for compliance audits
- Carrying out field visits as planned, to check compliance with operating standards
- Working with internal teams (Legal, Compliance, Training, Registry, etc.) to report, file, and apply penalties based on commercial standards
- Preparing clear reports on visit findings and sharing them with stakeholders
- Taking part in designing the full compliance and penalty process for stores and indirect sales channels
- Monitoring and following up on store compliance with operating standards
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 3+ years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or audit within Gaming, Retail, Banking, or Telecoms
- Strong understanding of OPAP's commercial operating framework
- Solid knowledge of OPAP's regulatory framework
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Practical experience in managing and delivering compliance assessment projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Results-driven mindset with focus on achievement
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach
