Are you passionate about bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions? Join our team as a Service Delivery Specialist – Retail Services, where you'll play a key role in driving smooth and efficient retail operations. Your goal: to ensure seamless, reliable retail services that enhance the customer experience and support business success.

Your day to day will include:

  • Acting as a liaison between Technology, Business, and vendors to support communication, issue resolution, and project approval with clear technical input.
  • Designing and implementing PoCs and pilots for new solutions and equipment across OPAP's Retail Estate.
  • Reusing, integrating, and optimizing existing solutions to meet business needs.
  • Monitoring performance, identifying risks, and coordinating escalation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Managing bid documentation across all stages: clarifications, analysis, review, and recommendations.
  • Translating business needs into technical specifications (SoW) and creating BA artefacts (data flows, user stories, workflows).
  • Maintaining BA artefacts, updating user manuals, and delivering end-user training.
  • Staying current on market trends and technologies across Retail Terminals, Digital Signage, IoT, cabling, and system integrations.

What you need to succeed:

  • BSc in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
  • MSc in a relevant topic is desirable
  • 3+ years of experience in business, functional, and technical analysis and implementation of large-scale technology projects within complex business environments (e.g. Gaming, Telecom, Banking, Retail)
  • Proven track record of applying technical solutions in large retail networks
  • Experience in system integration projects and digital or physical content distribution
  • Innovative thinking with flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and priorities
  • Very good presentation and communication skills
  • Strong customer and business focus
  • High achiever with a results-oriented mentality
  • Strong teamwork and cooperation skills
