We are looking for a Senior Services Delivery Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of services to clients, managing overall delivery commitments, and leading escalation management. This role requires someone who can promote customer satisfaction through proactive issue management and act as the principal contact for handling service operational and tactical issues for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary escalation point for service issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align service delivery with overall business goals
  • Monitor and analyze service performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to senior management and clients
  • Lead service improvement initiatives, optimize delivery processes, and implement industry best practices
  • Manage service delivery budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and drive cost-effective solutions
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and contractual obligations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in service delivery management, ideally within complex, multi-client environments
  • Proven leadership capabilities and experience managing diverse teams
  • Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in ITIL or similar service management frameworks; ITIL certification preferred
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
