CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Associate in the role of
Customer Service Specialist Greece
, within the South Europe Customer Service / Supply Chain team, will manage the following activities on Greek market:

  • Manage order to cash process through company systems (SAP ATLAS and local tools), including related returns / refusals and credit notes
  • Ensure orders delivery as per customer requests by addressing day to day issues and communication with customers, sales and third-party logistic provider (delays, missing products, wrong/late documents…)
  • Ensure accurate and timely period and year end closing activities
  • Run performance analysis on Supply Chain KPIs, identify root causes and define corrective actions
  • Drive process and system improvements to increase efficiency and service level
  • Manage communication and alignment with the different functions within Supply Chain (planning, logistics) as well in the rest of the organization (sales, finance) and externally (customers, third-party logistic provider, vendors)

COMPETENCIES

  • At least 2 years' experience in related roles in multinationals in the consumer goods sector (FMCG)
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in supply chain, economics or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of SAP
  • Good use of Excel and Microsoft Office package
  • Precision and analytical skills
  • Speed of execution, flexibility and definition of priorities in situations of uncertainty
  • Customer focus, determination and continuous improvement approach
  • Ability to build trust-based relationship
  • Good communication and team working skills
  • Fluency in English (C2 level)
