Adapa Greece Komotini S.A., a member of the European Adapa Group, which operates in the flexible packaging sector, is looking to fill the following position in its Customer Care Department:

Customer
Service Specialist

The job will be located in Athens.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming orders and keep track of the production process.
  • Ensure that all necessary materials are available in order the orders to be proceeded.
  • Organize and monitor order shipments until delivery and keep customers updated.
  • Support the Sales team.
  • Answer customer questions adapting to their needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, AEI, TEI or equivalent.
  • Very good knowledge of English and French language (both written and verbal communication).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and familiarity with ERP.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective time management
  • Team spirit & ability to adapt
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales (desirable
