Your mission? Help the customers of major global brands by phone, email, or chat: offer solutions, provide reassurance, and turn every interaction into a positive experience.


What you'll do:


• Respond to inquiries with professionalism and empathy


• Solve technical or general customer issues


• Record data in CRM systems


• Follow brand guidelines and maintain service quality


• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams


What we're looking for:


• Native or near-native speakers in one of the above languages


• Good level of English (high B2 minimum


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Comfortable working in shifts and fast-paced environments


• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
