Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll handle customer queries across various channels—phone, chat, email, and social media—assisting with account management, technical issues, and financial inquiries. Your support will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and optimizing internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer support through phone, chat, email, and social media platforms
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to account creation, verification, logins, payments, and technical challenges
  • Act as a trusted point of contact, particularly for clients in the sports sector
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and care
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear, empathetic communication
  • Ensure all support interactions align with company policies and service standards
  • Suggest process enhancements to improve the overall customer experience

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Polish (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
  • 0-1 year experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
