Location: Athens, Greece

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to provide top-level service to our clients and grow within our dynamic Lisbon team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries efficiently via phone, chat, and email.
  • Solve problems with empathy and professionalism.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service.

Profile:

  • Italian native or fluent speaker.
  • Good level of English.
  • Legal right to work in Portugal.
