About The Role
You'll assist customers of global tech brands via chat, email, or phone, ensuring they receive clear, empathetic, and professional support.

No prior experience needed we provide
paid training
on all tools and systems and help you settle smoothly in your new role and country.

You can choose to work
onsite from our modern Athens office
or
remotely from anywhere in Greece
once your onboarding is complete.

Who You Are

  • Native Italian speaker, with English level B2+
