As a
Customer Support Specialist
, you'll assist customers with their devices, answer questions, and provide guidance on product use and troubleshooting. This is your chance to work in a dynamic environment while growing your career in Greece

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers.
  • Provide information and assistance on different products.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and offer solutions.
  • Process warranty claims, repairs, and replacements.
  • Recommend products based on customer needs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in
    Italian or Spanish

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous customer support or related experience is a plus.

    legally authorized to work in the EU
