Your RoleAs a Customer Service Specialist, you will:

Communicate with Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat

Provide product support and troubleshooting for digital services

Deliver a positive customer experience with professionalism and empathy

Work closely with your team and receive full training to become an expert in the project you support

Remote work from anywhere in Greece
