Role Overview
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will support customers via phone, email, and chat providing guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive user experience. You will represent global brands while using both
Greek (C2 level) and English (at least B2 level)
in your daily communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Greek
- Resolve technical and service-related issues efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Follow brand guidelines and quality standards
- Escalate complex cases to internal teams when necessary
Requirements
- Native or near-native level of Greek and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
