Service Delivery Manager
, you will be part of a dynamic and international team with many growth and learning opportunities.

As a Service Delivery Manager You Will

• Serve as the single point of contact for the customer, on any project-related subject.
• Be responsible for the services execution in terms of budget, customer satisfaction, SLA compliancy, service continuity, team members motivation.
• Identify trends that could lead to problems, initiate root cause analysis and take preventive measures.
• Evaluate service team risks, identify and execute risk mitigation actions.
• Manage escalations and conduct periodic service reviews with the customer.
• Conform to the project prioritization, identify and assign resources on service activities.
• Provide consolidated management reporting to the customer, steering committee and Netcompany-Intrasoft management on the services delivered.
• Play a key role in add on sales with Sales & Delivery Management team.

Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other relevant discipline.
• A minimum of 8 years of solid working experience in the IT Sector.
• At least 6 years of experience in service delivery management activities.
• Background working experience with the European institutions.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Highly collaborative and team-oriented personality.
• Ability to handle stress very well and work effectively under pressure.
• ITIL Expert / ITIL Specialist / ITIL Strategist Certification is required.
