Intale is a young dynamic company that modernises the retail industry. Our mission is to digitize and connect retailers and help them succeed in the 21st century.

How we do it

We are building the largest digitally connected retail network across Greece with hundreds of retailers.

All the stores-members of our network, are users of our retail software known as Intale Point, which helps them improve their sales and operations, but also allows us to connect them with FMCG partners.

The Role

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist who is ready to wear many hats and drive impactful marketing initiatives. From designing campaigns and creating content to analyzing performance and managing our CRM, you'll be at the heart of our marketing operations.

• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
• Manage and coordinate external vendors to execute marketing activities (social media, Google Ads, LinkedIn, printed press & maganizes)
• Report on marketing KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement
• Create high-quality content and marketing materials (presentations, sales decks, campaign visuals) or coordinate with vendors to ensure their production
• Develop company presentations, sales, and marketing decks
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor insights
• Support outbound and inbound marketing activities (content development, advertising, events planning)
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for new client acquisition
• Plan and execute campaigns across multiple channels
• Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic) to shape future marketing strategies
• Manage and maintain customer data & relationships through CRM tools, supporting lead nurturing and engagement
• Recommend website and campaign optimizations to boost performance
• Organize and oversee the company's participation in exhibitions and awards

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of marketing across digital and traditional channels
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot)
• Proficiency with marketing tools such as Canva, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar
• Ability to analyze marketing performance metrics (KPIs, ROI, campaign data) and translate insights into actions
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional communication and writing skills
• A balance of creativity and commercial awareness with a proactive mindset
• BSc/BA degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
