Marketing Specialist

MIBS Group is seeking a
Marketing Specialist
to support our marketing initiatives across online and offline channels. The ideal candidate will be creative, organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong grasp of both content creation and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Website & Digital Content Management

  • Maintain and update website content regularly.
  • Monitor website and campaign performance and prepare insights and summary reports.

Social Media Management:

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Support campaigns that increase brand visibility and engagement.

Content Creation & Copywriting
:

  • Create compelling on-brand content for social media, website, and marketing materials.
  • Ensure consistent tone and brand voice across all content and platforms.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to create cohesive visual assets.

Marketing Operations Support


•      Coordinate production of marketing materials with internal teams and external vendors.


•      Assist in internal communications and event coordination.


•      Liaise with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's a plus).
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing or communications role.
  • Strong command of English and excellent writing skills.
  • Solid knowledge of digital and social media marketing best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with web analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle priorities.
  • Team player attitude, with attention to detail and creativity.
