About the Role:

Enthoosia is looking for a
Junior Marketing Specialist
to join our team in Athens. This is a full-time hybrid role. As a key member of our marketing team, you will support day-to-day marketing activities, assist in campaign execution, and help strengthen our brand presence. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to analyze consumer trends, behaviors, and competitor activity.
  • Assist in brainstorming and developing creative marketing campaigns.
  • Support inbound and outbound marketing activities, including content creation, digital advertising, and event coordination.
  • Work with external vendors to execute promotional campaigns and marketing events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, and reports.
  • Help plan and implement marketing initiatives across various channels (social media, email, website, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze key marketing data (e.g., campaign performance, conversion rates, web traffic) to optimize future strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience
    in a marketing role, internship, or similar position.
  • Basic understanding of marketing concepts, including digital marketing (SEO, social media, etc.) and market research.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree
    in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
