Περιγραφή Θέσης

Η Ασφαλιστική Εταιρεία «ΕΥΡΩΠΗ ΑΣΦΑΛΙΣΤΙΚΗ»(όμιλος Intracom), αναζητά Junior IT Specialist για μόνιμη συνεργασία, με κύρια ευθύνη την υποστήριξη και ανάπτυξη των ψηφιακών εργαλείων και εφαρμογών της. Ο ρόλος συνδυάζει τεχνική υποστήριξη χρηστών, παρακολούθηση καθημερινών IT λειτουργιών και συμμετοχή σε νέα ψηφιακά projects.

Αρμοδιότητες

  • Υποστήριξη χρηστών σε θέματα λογισμικού και εταιρικών ψηφιακών εργαλείων.
  • Διαχείριση συστημάτων και επίλυση καθημερινών τεχνικών ζητημάτων.
  • Ανάλυση επιχειρησιακών αναγκών και προτάσεις βελτίωσης.
  • Σχεδιασμό και υλοποίηση νέων ψηφιακών εργαλείων.
  • Διαχείριση έργων πληροφορικής
  • Παρακολούθηση της εύρυθμης λειτουργίας συστημάτων και εφαρμογών.

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα

  • Πανεπιστημιακό Πτυχίο Πληροφορικής
  • Βασικές γνώσεις προγραμματισμού.
  • Βασικές γνώσεις διαχείρισης βάσεων δεδομένων.
  • Ικανότητα ανάλυσης και σχεδιασμού λύσεων.
  • Άριστη γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας.
  • Καλή κατανόηση συστημάτων και δομών δεδομένων.
  • Ικανότητα επικοινωνίας και συνεργασίας σε ομαδικό περιβάλλον.
  • Ολοκληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις (για τους άνδρες).

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα

  • Προηγούμενη πρακτική άσκηση ή εμπειρία σε IT support και σε παρακολούθηση έργων πληροφορικής (Project Management).
