About the Role:

Cosmetic Derma Medicine, a leading provider of dermatology and aesthetic medicine services in Greece & Cyprus, is looking for a
motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist
to join our growing team This role is key to supporting daily marketing operations, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring the successful execution of initiatives across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

SMS & Email Marketing Campaigns

  • Coordinate and execute targeted SMS and email campaigns
  • Prepare creative briefs and guide graphic designers for email assets
  • Monitor performance and provide detailed reports on both channels

Leads & Customer Insights

  • Track key metrics to deliver actionable insights
  • Support clinics with data-driven recommendations to enhance patient experience

Corporate Presentations & Conference Support

  • Assist in preparing company presentations for medical conferences
  • Coordinate follow-ups to ensure smooth communication and engagement

Community Management on Social Media

  • Support daily management of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & more
  • Engage with our community and maintain a professional brand presence

Video Content Support

  • Add subtitles and write captions/copy for videos on social platforms
  • Ensure video content aligns with brand guidelines and maximizes engagement

Creative Briefing & Coordination

  • Prepare detailed briefs for all marketing visuals (flyers, roll-ups, event materials, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing role (healthcare, beauty, or services sector preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills — confident in briefing and collaborating with designers & partners
  • A creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency in brand messaging
  • Fluency in English (written & spoken)
  • Proactive attitude, team spirit, and a hands-on approach
