Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on Marketing Specialist to oversee and execute our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, particularly in developing and managing PPC campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Google. This role also requires expertise in social media channel management, creative content development, partnership building, and influencer collaboration, and provides a broad range of marketing support to the unit group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the digital strategy locally in collaboration with a diverse set of international partners across an ecosystem of owned, earned and paid channels.
  • Work with the creative team to produce visually appealing and effective marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and written content.
  • Create and update collaterals, web content, brochures, kits, newsletters, banners, ads, videos, and sales tools.
  • Co-ordinate the budget for the digital media channels.
  • Be the subject matter expert for local digital marketing activations and develop local execution plan.
  • Develop and coordinate company's relations with external stakeholders (PR, media, creative  agencies, social media)
  • Adapt locally global positioning, messaging and content to resonate with target audiences.
  • Track and boost marketing performance and ROI using metrics, CRM and campaign analysis.
  • Identify high value events, online and offline opportunities to increase company's visibility and credibility.
  • Create and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or any related field is a must.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong understanding of Meta and Google advertising.
  • Experience in creative content development and partnership building.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with design software is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry is a great plus.
