Optimal, on behalf of its client SEEAG, the official importer of Lynk & Co in Greece, is seeking a Dealer Network Coordinator, based in Athens.

Scope of Role

As a Dealer Network Coordinator, you will support and develop Lynk & Co's retail agent network across Greece. You will work closely with partners to achieve sales and customer experience targets, ensure adherence to brand standards, and contribute to the network's ongoing expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support Lynk & Co agents nationwide
  • Build strong and results-oriented relationships with partner teams
  • Monitor sales performance and customer satisfaction levels
  • Coach and support agents to optimize their sales processes and conversion rates
  • Ensure compliance with Lynk & Co's retail and brand standards
  • Identify opportunities for network growth and onboard new agents
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to support business decisions
  • Deliver on-site training sessions and share best practices across the network

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in automotive sales or dealer network coordination
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with focus on performance and continuous improvement
  • Willingness to travel across Greece on a regular basis
  • Genuine passion for the automotive industry and customer experience
