Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Retail Supervisor to oversee multiple stores in Greece and Cyprus. This role ensures smooth store operations, team performance, and sales growth while maintaining brand standards and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of retail management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily store operations and ensure efficiency.
  • Lead, train, and evaluate retail teams.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement growth strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Analyze financial and market trends to optimize profitability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail, or related field.
  • 5+ years of retail management experience, including 2 years as a Store Manager.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to travel between stores.
