About the Role

SEEAG, the importer of 
Lynk & Co
 in Greece, is searching for a motivated 
Dealer Network Coordinator
 to join our growing team. This role is essential to the success of our expanding retail agent network.

The Coordinator will be responsible for visiting Lynk & Co agents across Greece, supporting them in achieving sales and customer experience targets, and ensuring that every partner lives up to the standards of our brand.

This is an exciting time to join SEEAG. In 2026, we will open our new 
Lynk & Co Headquarters
 in the historic former Lainopoulos building in Athens, which will serve as the flagship for our commitment to the Greek market.

We are not simply introducing new cars — we are bringing 
new techniques, fresh thinking, and modern customer-focused methods
 to Greece.

Key Responsibilities

  • Agent Support & Relationship Building

  • Visit Lynk & Co agents across Greece to build strong, supportive, and results-focused partnerships.

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for agent teams, providing guidance and support in daily operations.

  • Standards & Brand Representation

  • Ensure agents follow Lynk & Co's retail standards, showroom presentation guidelines, and customer journey principles.

  • Provide feedback and practical recommendations for improvement

  • Sales Process Coaching

  • Help agents develop robust sales processes, ensuring enquiries are handled effectively and test drives are maximized.
  • Monitor follow-ups and conversion activity to ensure no customer opportunity is missed.

  • Introduce new tools and methods to improve efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Performance & Target Achievement

  • Work with agents to achieve agreed sales volumes and customer experience targets.

  • Share performance insights with the Sales & Network Manager and support corrective actions where needed.

  • Network Growth & Business Development

  • Identify and recommend potential new agents to expand the Lynk & Co retail network in Greece.
  • Liaise with procurement managers in corporations, leasing companies, and fleet operators to promote Lynk & Co as a business mobility solution.

  • Support the development of B2B opportunities alongside retail growth.

  • Training & Best Practice Sharing

  • Deliver on-site training sessions to improve customer engagement and sales techniques.
  • Share best practices across the network to raise overall performance.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics, reporting, and providing operational support to stakeholders
  • Experience in dealership support, network coordination, and guidance related to sales and service excellence
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to foster productive partnerships with dealers and internal teams
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry, including compliance with brand guidelines and market trends
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate with colleagues in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills considered a plus
