Your main responsibility
- Risk Management & Assessment:
Support the development, execution, and monitoring of risk management frameworks and internal audits to identify, assess, and mitigate legal, regulatory, and operational risks across the organization. - Third-Party Risk Oversight:
Oversee the onboarding and monitoring of third parties, conducting risk-based due diligence, screenings, and documentation reviews to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and ESG teams to evaluate third-party risks and promote a culture of integrity and compliance throughout the organization. - Investigations & Reporting:
Lead internal investigations into potential non-compliance or misconduct, and prepare reports for senior management and regulatory bodies as needed. - Policy Development & Training:
Develop and update compliance policies and processes in line with regulatory changes, and deliver training programs to ensure organization-wide understanding and implementation. - Compliance Monitoring & Culture:
Ensure consistent application of compliance procedures across business units, and support efforts to embed a strong culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
Your main qualifications/skills
- Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Greek law. - Professional Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in a compliance-related role, ideally in underwriting, AML, or anti-corruption. - Regulatory & Standards Knowledge:
Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards; familiarity with anti-corruption frameworks (e.g., ISO is a plus. - Certifications:
Professional certifications such as ICA, ACAMS, CCEP, or equivalent are highly valued. - Skills & Competencies:
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail. - Communication & Collaboration:
Proficiency in English, with strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
