Payroll team
is the heartbeat behind every payslip—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments for our dedicated teams across the business. We work closely with HR, Finance, and Operations to support staff in multiple locations, always with precision, discretion, and a people-first mindset.

We are now looking for a
Payroll Specialist
, who will be at the heart of payroll execution — ensuring every detail adds up and every paycheck lands right on time.

You'll be joining a well-connected Payroll team that works closely together and is central to our business operations.
We take pride in delivering accurate and timely payroll services throughout all areas of our hospitality operations. Whether it's liaising with HR, solving last-minute queries, or supporting our people through key moments, our work goes beyond numbers—we're here to make every paycheck feel personal and precise.

What you'll do:

Payroll Execution & Compliance

• Run accurate, end-to-end payroll cycles across multiple sites.
• Ensure strict compliance with
  Greek labor law & ERGANI submissions.
• Process salary payments, tax deductions, social security contributions, and benefits with confidence.
• Maintain
  up-to-date employee payroll records
  — from onboarding to offboarding.

Reconciliation & Reporting

·       Perform payroll reconciliations and ensure consistency with accounting records.

• Generate and support detailed payroll reports for management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records.

Employee & HR Support

• Be the
  go-to expert
  for payroll-related employee questions.
• Maintain clear communication across all departments regarding payroll updates.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance for seamless payroll operations.

What we're looking for:

·      A Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

·      
2–3 years
of payroll processing experience (multi-site experience preferred).

·      In-depth knowledge of
Greek labor law
and payroll systems (experience with
Pylon Epsilon Net
is a big plus).

·      Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken).

·      Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

·      Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
