Τοποθεσία: Χαλάνδρι, Αττική

Απασχόληση: Πλήρης (με δυνατότητα τηλεργασίας)

Καθήκοντα & Αρμοδιότητες

  • Διαχείριση και υπολογισμός μισθοδοσίας πελατών, σύμφωνα με την ισχύουσα νομοθεσία
  • Εφαρμογή των κανονισμών της εργατικής και ασφαλιστικής νομοθεσίας και τήρηση των σχετικών υποχρεώσεων προς δημόσιες υπηρεσίες και ασφαλιστικά ταμεία
  • Διεκπεραίωση διαδικασιών που σχετίζονται με την απασχόληση προσωπικού (προσλήψεις, αποχωρήσεις, άδειες, ασθένειες, πίνακες προσωπικού)
  • Έλεγχος και υποβολή ΑΠΔ, ΦΜΥ και λοιπών σχετικών εντύπων
  • Reporting και έκδοση οικονομικών αναφορών μισθοδοσίας
  • Τήρηση αρχείων και ενημέρωση φακέλων πελατών
  • Επικοινωνία με πελάτες για διευκρινίσεις και υποστήριξη επί μισθολογικών θεμάτων
  • Υποστήριξη σε ενέργειες εργατικής και ασφαλιστικής συμμόρφωσης

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ / ΤΕΙ / ΙΕΚ σε Λογιστική ή Οικονομικές Επιστήμες
  • Επαγγελματική εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 1 έτους σε οργανωμένο τμήμα Payroll
  • Καλή γνώση ζητημάτων εργατικής νομοθεσίας
  • Καλή γνώση διαχείρισης ΕΡΓΑΝΗ
  • Άριστη γνώση MS Office
  • Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας, σε γραπτό και προφορικό επίπεδο
  • Επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες, υπευθυνότητα και οργανωτική σκέψη
  • Γνώση χειρισμού συστήματος Epsilon Net Business Μισθοδοσία/HRM θα εκτιμηθεί
