Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Payroll Specialist based in Athens. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations, and handling payroll taxes and garnishments. The role involves conducting precise payroll calculations, handling payroll discrepancies, maintaining accurate records, and providing services related to payroll administration to support both employees and organizational objectives. Collaborating with internal teams and ensuring timely payroll submissions are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Payroll Processing and Payroll Administration
  • Proficiency in handling Payroll Taxes and Garnishments
  • Strong understanding of Payroll Services and the ability to manage end-to-end payroll functions
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of relevant payroll software and tools
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Greece is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
