HR Payroll Specialist
. Στη συγκεκριμένη θέση θα είστε αρμόδιος για τη διαχείριση της μισθοδοσίας των πελατών της εταιρείας.

Αρμοδιότητες

  • Διαχείριση μηνιαίας μισθοδοσίας (συλλογή, επεξεργασία & καταχώρηση των μισθολογικών στοιχείων, υπολογισμός μισθοδοσίας, έκδοση & υποβολή ΑΠΔ ασφαλιστικών ταμείων & ΦΜΥ)
  • Διαχείριση συστήματος ΕΡΓΑΝΗ
  • Διασφάλιση εφαρμογής της εργατικής νομοθεσίας
  • Επικοινωνία με πελάτες για ζητήματα εργατικής νομοθεσίας
  • Διαχείριση ερωτημάτων εργαζομένων σχετικά με εργασιακά και ασφαλιστικά ζητήματα
  • Προϋπολογισμοί σεναρίων κόστους μισθοδοσιών (payroll budgeting)
  • Δημιουργία αναφορών μισθοδοσίας για την ενημέρωση των πελατών (payroll reporting)

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο Οικονομικής σχολής ΤΕΙ/ΑΕΙ
  • Τουλάχιστον δύο έτη εργασιακής εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση
  • Ικανοποιητική γνώση εργατικής νομοθεσίας και ασφαλιστικών θεμάτων
  • Εμπειρία στη διαχείριση προγραμμάτων μισθοδοσίας (Softone, Epsilon, Αtlantis)
  • Καλή γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Άριστη γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ και προγραμμάτων Μs Office
  • Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες, εχεμύθεια, υπευθυνότητα & ομαδικό πνεύμα
