DLP Specialist

Sword Services Greece S.A. is looking for experienced DLP Specialist (M365). The successful candidates will work in a multicultural environment supporting our core business in large Information Systems for the European Commission. What you will do...

• Design, implement, and manage records management and data retention strategies across Microsoft 365 in alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements;
• Configure and maintain retention labels, policies, and file plans within Microsoft Purview to ensure compliant lifecycle management of records;
• Oversee and optimize sensitivity labels and information protection policies to safeguard business-critical data;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and enforce information governance frameworks, ensuring consistent application of DLP, retention, and classification rules across all M365 workloads (SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange);
• Provide expert consultancy and guidance to internal teams and clients on M365 compliance, data governance, and records management best practices.

What is your experience...

• BSc's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant field;
• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology field;
• 5+ years of experience in Data Lost Prevention;
• Knowledge of DLP Implementation;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Purview;
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Compliance tool.

Experience in the following will be considered as an asset:

• SC-400 Certificate: Administering Information Protection and Compliance in Microsoft 365.
