Sales Account Manager

Βασική αποστολή

  • Καθημερινή επικοινωνία με τα τμήματα κρατήσεων των ξενοδοχείων για αιτήματα που έχουν έρθει (groups, leisure, corporate)
  • Προετοιμασία προσφορών σε αιτήματα που έχουν έρθει, προετοιμασία συμβολαίων όπου είναι απαραίτητο.
  • Προετοιμασία ετήσιων συμβολαίων Tour operating στα ξενοδοχεία.
  • Kαθημερινή παρακολούθηση του ανταγωνισμού μέσω των rate shoppers.
  • Παροχή βοήθειας pricing and yielding. Παροχή βοήθειας αλλαγών στα συστήματα OTAs / Webhotelier.
  • Δημιουργία εβδομαδιαίων αναφορών.
  • Διενέργεια επιτόπιων επιθεωρήσεων στα ξενοδοχεία για δυνητικούς και υφιστάμενους συνεργάτες/πελάτες.
  • Παροχή βοήθειας για την προετοιμασία συμμετοχής σε εκθέσεις και B2B Meetings.
  • Συμμετοχή σε εκπαιδεύσεις τμημάτων κρατήσεων και υποδοχής των ξενοδοχείων.
  • Συμμετοχή σε εκθέσεις και B2B Meetings.

Απαραίτητα προσόντα

  • Εμπειρία ως στέλεχος πωλήσεων ή σε άλλες διοικητικές θέσεις.
  • Καλές γνώσεις Η/Υ (MS Office).
  • Διαθεσιμότητα για ταξίδια σε Ελλάδα και εξωτερικό.
  • Καλά οργανωμένο και υπεύθυνο άτομο.
  • Άριστες δεξιότητες προφορικής και γραπτής επικοινωνίας.
  • Ομαδικότητα με υψηλό επίπεδο αφοσίωσης και με ζεστή προσωπικότητα.
  • Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.
