Account Manager – Deep Sea Sales Department

We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Account Manager to join our Deep Sea Sales Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing customer relationships, understanding clients' operational and procurement needs, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional with sound knowledge of the marine electronics market and a genuine interest in building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, dealers, and partners.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve financial targets.

· Collaborate with the Sales Manager on complex or high-value opportunities.

· Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues and resolving complaints effectively.

· Monitor market trends and customer activities to anticipate future needs.

· Ethically collect and share relevant market and competitor information.

· Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and plans, ensuring timely CRM updates.

· Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and other industry events.

Qualifications & Skills

· Proven sales experience in a similar role, preferably within marine electronics or a related industry.

· Solid understanding of customer procurement processes and market dynamics.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.

· Confident, credible, and positive approach with strong relationship-building skills.

· Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment.

· Strong presentation skills and professional presence.

· Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
