Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. This person will be a core member of the wider finance-accounting team and play a key part in supporting and strengthening the accounting function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate day-to-day bookkeeping and ledger maintenance.
- Processing and monitoring cash payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Performing MGA reconciliation.
- Participating in period end closure procedures and in the preparation of periodic financial statements.
- Assisting in the preparation of quarterly management reporting.
- Providing support in audits and liaising with external auditors as needed.
- Performing balance sheet accounts reconciliation (vendor, customer, accruals).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Advanced PC literacy (especially Excel).
- English language skills minimum B2 or equivalent – preferably C1 (or Graduate studies in English language).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and ability to work independently.
