Event Coordinator
to join our growing team.

No two days will be the same You'll be the driving force behind the planning and execution of our events. From brainstorming creative formats to handling logistics and making sure everything runs smoothly onsite, you'll make the magic happen.

  • Coordinate events from A to Z – concept, planning, execution.
  • Work closely with clients, suppliers, and venues.
  • Manage travel, accommodation, catering, AV, and hybrid platforms.
  • Oversee registration, communication, and participant care.
  • Keep projects on track — deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

We need:

  • Experience:
    4+ years in event coordination/management (international experience a plus).
  • Languages:
    Excellent English (written & spoken). Other languages are a bonus.
  • Tech-savvy:
    Comfortable working with
    Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    and digital tools; knowledge of
    AMADEUS GDS
    is a strong plus (but not a must).
  • Mindset:
    Organised, proactive, solution-driven, and great under pressure.
  • People skills:
    Strong communicator, natural team player, client-focused.
