Event Coordinator and Receptionist based in Kolonaki, Athens with overseas travel at 50% of the year.

Requirements

· Trilingual (Greek - English - French)

· Willing to travel outside Greece for about 50% of the year. Mainly to Monaco.

· Greet visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome to our office.

· Manage incoming calls, take messages, and efficiently direct inquiries.

· Maintain a tidy and organized office environment.

· Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.

· Manage the events at our Conference Hall in Plaka, Athens including working early and late shifts.

· Prepare and process documents, contracts and agreements.

· Keep electronic filing systems organized and up to date.

· Administrative assistance and other ad hoc tasks.

· Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials.

· Assist in financial tasks.

Candidate profile

· Bachelor's degree

· Ability to perform under pressure and good time management skills.

· Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Zoom.

· Excellent command of the Greek, English and French language.

Average Monthly Salary net of Greek taxes

· 2.800,00€ (Greek Contract with "EFKA" based on 14 salaries per year)

· There will be an hourly rate with timesheets for working in Athens and a premium rate when working outside Athens.
