Location: Athens, Greece
Company Overview
Taibo Investment Hestia Group is a dynamic construction and investment company based in Hong Kong, with branch offices in Athens, Greece. Over the past 30 years, the company has focused on the development of large-scale residential projects, delivering 20 projects covering over 1 million square meters. Taibo Investment Hestia Group has approximately 3 million square meters of projects under construction and has delivered around 4 million square meters of residential properties.
The company has recently expanded its portfolio by acquiring 15 buildings consisting of 80 apartments and plots in prime locations such as Elliniko, Alimos, and Glyfada. Currently, Taibo Investment Hestia Group has 2–3 buildings already under construction and is actively engaged in the Golden Visa Program, offering premium real estate opportunities to international investors.
The company is also actively seeking talented professionals to join its team as it continues to build a strong brand presence in both residential and hospitality sectors. We are seeking a professional and personable female Front Desk Receptionist to join our Athens office and serve as the welcoming face of our organization.
Position Summary
The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors, managing phone calls, assisting with client needs, and handling light office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting Guests: Welcome clients, guests, and partners warmly and professionally.
- Hospitality: Serve guests refreshments such as water and coffee upon arrival.
- Phone Management: Answer and direct phone calls courteously and efficiently.
- Client Support: Assist clients and visitors by providing information or directing them to the appropriate contacts.
- Administrative Assistance: Perform small office-related tasks, such as organizing supplies, sorting mail, and managing deliveries.
- Stock & Archiving: Keep track of invoices for basic archiving and maintain simple records.
- Office Supplies Management: Monitor office supplies and stationery (e.g., water bottles, toilet paper) and coordinate timely restocking.
- Reception Area Management: Keep the front desk and reception area clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Scheduling Support: Help with coordinating appointments and meetings as required.
- Recruitment Support: Assist the HR team by posting job descriptions online and helping to organize interview schedules.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Greek & English (spoken and written); additional language skills are a plus.
- Professional Appearance: Presentable and polished appearance at all times.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational Skills: Able to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
- Personality: Friendly, approachable, and reliable, with a professional demeanor.
