Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Athens for a Front Desk Receptionist. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing phone calls, attending to guest inquiries, handling clerical duties, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include checking in and checking out guests, maintaining accurate records, and providing assistance to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Strong Clerical Skills and Communication abilities
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently within a team and independently
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Fluency in English and Greek is required
