We are seeking an experienced Night Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our Front Desk teams during the night shift. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding guest experiences.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, managing Front Office functions, and supervising the Night Audit activities. Additionally, you will be required to prepare operational reports, review Empower GXP and other Guest platforms, and respond to guest requests or complaints in a timely manner.

The successful candidate will have a university degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position within the hospitality sector. You will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of English and Greek languages certified at Proficiency level.

To succeed in this role, you should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks efficiently, and maintain accurate records. You will also need to demonstrate a high level of integrity, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to EU GDPR directive.

  • Required Skills:
  • A university degree in a Tourism (or relevant Master's degree)
  • Working knowledge of Opera or similar program
  • At least 5 years of working experience in a similar position in the hospitality sector
  • Excellent command of Greek and English languages certified at Proficiency level
  • Strong people management and project management skills
  • Problem solving skills with a 'can do' attitude
  • Organizing skills and coordination ability
  • Analytical and attention to detail
  • Interpersonal communication skills, integrity and commitment
  • EU National or Greek Resident
