 για τη στελέχωση της 
υποδοχής (Front Desk)
 στο κεντρικό μας campus, 
Θησέως 15-17, Σύνταγμα – Αθήνα
.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες:

  • Υποδοχή και εξυπηρέτηση φοιτητών, καθηγητών και επισκεπτών
  • Διαχείριση τηλεφωνικού κέντρου και ηλεκτρονικής αλληλογραφίας
  • Υποστήριξη διοικητικών εργασιών και συντονισμός με τα τμήματα του Κολλεγίου
  • Τήρηση αρχείων και ομαλή ροή πληροφοριών

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Άριστη γνώση ελληνικών και αγγλικών (γραπτός και προφορικός λόγος)
  • Πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
  • Ευγένεια, υπευθυνότητα και επαγγελματική παρουσία
  • Καλή γνώση Microsoft Office και βασικών εργαλείων γραφείου

Θα εκτιμηθούν:

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε θέση υποδοχής ή διοικητικής υποστήριξης
  • Γνώση επιπλέον ξένων γλωσσών

Front Desk (Reception)
 team at our 
main campus, 15–17 Thisseos Street, Syntagma – Athens
.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist students, faculty, and visitors
  • Handle incoming calls and email correspondence
  • Provide administrative support and coordinate with other departments
  • Maintain records and ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Professional attitude, responsibility, and pleasant personality
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and office management tools

Will be considered an asset:

  • Previous experience in reception or administrative roles
  • Knowledge of additional languages
