Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist, located in Athens. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, answering and managing incoming calls, performing clerical duties, and providing excellent customer service. Additional tasks may include managing appointments, handling correspondence, and ensuring the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.

Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Outstanding Customer Service skills
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant certification is a plus
