Established in 1893, Zepos & Yannopoulos is one of the leading law firms in Greece providing comprehensive legal and tax services to companies doing business in Greece.

We are currently seeking to recruit a professional and well-organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and provide front-desk support from 16.30 until 20.30 pm.

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will handle all communications effectively including answering, screening and directing phone calls, managing enquiries and requests, informing about visitors' arrival. Furthermore, you will handle, organise and distribute documents such as: correspondence, post, and courier deliveries. In addition, you will support the organisation by managing calendar requests, conference calls and finally, you will greet clients/ office guests in a friendly, yet professional manner and assist them with any inquiries they may have.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Greek and English speaker (native English speaking will be considered a plus)
  • At least 3 years prior work experience as a Receptionist (a diploma in Business Administration will be considered an asset)
  • Excellent level of computer literacy in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
  • Friendly personality with excellent interpersonal, communication & collaboration skills
  • Strong drive to provide high level support as needed
  • Ability to prioritise incoming requests and deliver them on time
  • Personality with high morale and integrity
  • Discreet and capable of dealing with a high level of confidentiality
  • Compliant with internal procedures and processes
  • Responsible, trustworthy and committed, with attention to detail
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions from a variety of employees at all levels
