Telematic Medical Applications is a leading Healthcare System Integrator and Value-Added Solutions Provider in the field of Integrated Computer Science-based Healthcare Systems. The Tendering & Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the day-to-day support of TMA's participation in public tenders, with emphasis on gathering and checking documentation, organizing files, and meeting deadlines. This role serves as the main liaison among all members of the tendering team.

Main Accountabilities

  • Monitoring tender announcements (eProcurement [ΕΣΗΔΗΣ], ΚΗΜΔΗΣ, Διαύγεια) and updating the team accordingly.

·      Gathering and checking all required documentation (tax and social security clearance, ISO certificates, declarations, etc.).

·      Preparing and formatting administrative and technical files in accordance with each tender's specifications.

·      Managing electronic submissions (via ΕΣΗΔΗΣ and other platforms).

·      Archiving tender files (physical & digital).

·      Creating checklists and reminders to track deadlines.

·      Collaborating with legal, financial, and technical departments to collect required data.

·      Supporting the management of bid bonds, notarized documents, and other administrative matters.

·      Drafting basic reports (tender status updates, submitted bids, results tracking).

Skills & Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, or a related field.

·      8–12 years of experience in public tenders, secretarial, or administrative support roles.

·      Familiarity with public procurement platforms (ΕΣΗΔΗΣ, ΚΗΜΔΗΣ).

·      Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·      Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken).

Desired Qualifications

·

·Basic knowledge of Greek public procurement law (Law 4412/2016).

·      Experience with corporate ISO standards (9001, and GDPR compliance.

·      Experience with archiving tools and document management systems (DMS).
