Role Description:
We are looking for a motivated Administrative & Operations Assistant. The role involves data entry, digital archiving, and assisting with day-to-day operational procedures such as issuing work permits.
Main Responsibilities:
- Entering data into internal systems (ERP, Excel, etc.)
- Scanning, organizing, and achieving digital documents
- Handling tasks such as issuing work permits
- Coordinating with on-site teams and supporting daily operations
- Providing administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- Strong Excel and general MS Office skills
- Attention to detail and organizational ability
- Familiarity with technical project environments (preferred)
- Good command of English (written and verbal)
