About the role

We are looking to hire a dedicated, organized and proactive PA to provide high-level support to our CEO and senior management team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on responsibility, excels at multitasking and enjoys working closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO.
  • Deal with phone call enquiries and transfer calls in a timely manner.
  • Take messages and relay them to the CEO accurately.
  • Organize and maintain the CEO's calendar for appointments and meetings.
  • Handling travel arrangements for the CEO and senior management.
  • Meet and greet visitors in a professional manner.
  • Liaises with external vendors and associates on behalf of the CEO.
  • Provide support to the senior management as and when required.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments when necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Extensive experience in a PA/Administrative position, supporting C-Level executives.
  • Strong Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook etc.).
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Discreet, with the ability to work on won initiative.
  • Fluency in Greek and English.
