Role Purpose

Responsible for a wide range of accounting and financial tasks, ensuring that financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant regulations.

Key Accountabilities

  • Perform the control of revenues and monthly revenue recognition following the internal process and policies of the Group.
  • Ensure compliance with Fiscal system of multiple countries.
  • Support in the monitoring of customer accounts for overdue.
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in Revenue Recognition.
  • Assist with month-end closing processes.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records and customer files.
  • Support internal and external audits related to accounts receivable.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to the AR process to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitoring of Tenants contracts and invoice. Coordinate the renewals with operation team.

Must have professional/Technical qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an accountant, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Experience in Microsoft D365 would be highly appreciated.
  • Knowledge of relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
  • No military obligation for male candidates
