Your Role: Accounting officer

You'll be an essential part of our Accounting team, ensuring accurate financial records and smooth daily operations while working with a wide network of clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping:
    Accurate categorization and recording of assets, expenses, payments, and receipts in SoftOne ERP.
  • Invoicing:
    Issuing and dispatching invoices to clients.
  • Supplier Communication:
    Managing supplier balances and resolving daily discrepancies.
  • Document Verification:
    Ensuring purchase invoices are accurate and align with purchase orders.
  • Transaction Management:
    Overseeing cash registers, managing bank transactions, and reconciling accounts promptly.
  • Payments:
    Executing payments and addressing any discrepancies.
  • Coordination:
    Collaborating with our external accounting partner on additional tasks.
  • General Support:
    Support broader accounting functions as needed

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

  • A
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting
    .

  • 2-3 years of experience
    in an accounting department.


  • Hands-on experience with
    SoftOne ERP.
  • Excellent command of
    English
    (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office
    (especially Excel) and
    Outlook
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • A proactive, solution-driven mindset and ability to work both independently and in teams
  • A professional demeanor to engage with colleagues, customers, and suppliers at all levels.
  • Familiarity with Greek Accounting Standards is a plus
