Your Role: Forwarding Agent & Administrator

You'll coordinate international shipments, manage documentation, and ensure smooth communication across teams and partners. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of the logistics chain while supporting administrative and accounting operations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepares all shipment documentation for export/import, in compliance with specific requirements
  • Collaborates with forwarders & shippers/receivers to ensure a seamless shipment process throughout the network
  • Follows up shipments to ensure records are updated at end of day & deliveries occur within the specified time frame
  • Involves Spares department and Technical Team for service and troubleshooting
  • Ensures that any information that can be utilized to improve service & efficiency is communicated to the rest team members
  • Performs account maintenance duties; prepares/receives invoices & vouchers as directed
  • Posts transactions into company's ERP system
  • Provides assistance with various administrative tasks.

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree (AEI) in Shipping, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in Shipping, Logistics, or Freight Forwarding
  • Hands-on experience with SoftOne ERP will be considered
    a plus
  • Excellent command of
    English
    (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and Outlook
  • Attention to detail
  • A proactive, solution-driven mindset and ability to work both independently and in teams
  • Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
