Your Role: Forwarding Agent & Administrator
You'll coordinate international shipments, manage documentation, and ensure smooth communication across teams and partners. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of the logistics chain while supporting administrative and accounting operations worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepares all shipment documentation for export/import, in compliance with specific requirements
- Collaborates with forwarders & shippers/receivers to ensure a seamless shipment process throughout the network
- Follows up shipments to ensure records are updated at end of day & deliveries occur within the specified time frame
- Involves Spares department and Technical Team for service and troubleshooting
- Ensures that any information that can be utilized to improve service & efficiency is communicated to the rest team members
- Performs account maintenance duties; prepares/receives invoices & vouchers as directed
- Posts transactions into company's ERP system
- Provides assistance with various administrative tasks.
Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
- A Bachelor's degree (AEI) in Shipping, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Minimum
2 years of experience
in Shipping, Logistics, or Freight Forwarding - Hands-on experience with SoftOne ERP will be considered
a plus - Excellent command of
English
(written and verbal) - Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and Outlook
- Attention to detail
- A proactive, solution-driven mindset and ability to work both independently and in teams
- Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
